To participate without membership you must download and sign the WAIVER FORM by clicking on this link and show up 5 minutes early to class. Class prices are $5 per class or 10 for $30.

    • Please give the instructor your full attention by limiting conversation and no cell phone usage. Disruptive participants may be asked to leave.
    • Water for hydration is recommended for all the classes. Liquids must be in closed plastic container.
    • Appropriate work out attire that allows for evaporative cooling is required. Clean non-marking enclosed athletic shoes are required for all fitness classes unless otherwise stated for specific class.
    • If you are pregnant or have any physical or medical limitation. Please inform the instructor to the start of class.
